原济南军区前卫歌舞团琵琶演奏员，师从作曲家刘锡刚。

首届省港澳广东音乐大赛第一

曾先后出访欧洲、亚洲、非洲多个国家

参加了芬兰赫尔辛基世界艺术节、日本”丝绸之路音乐会”、

“地球音乐63届日中交流古乐音乐会”、韩国KBC”乐舞耀光州音乐会”

等国际盛会的演出，并在广州、上海、江苏、湖北、湖南、香港

及日本等地举行过个人琵琶独奏音乐会;策划、指挥多场民族交响音乐会。

2003年9月，与钢琴演奏家方奕组成”双方出击”组合，

作为”中法文化年”的音乐使者，后又成立以”双方出击”为领队的音乐组合

“芳华十八”，在博鳌亚洲论坛2004年年会期间作文艺演出。

著名琵琶演奏家，当代五弦琵琶的代表人物。中国音乐家协会会员，

中国民族管弦乐学会理事，中国琵琶学会常务理事。

1978年进入名家荟萃的济南军区前卫民族乐团，任弹拨乐首席、声部长;

1988年调入广州军区战士歌舞团。1997年转业至广东省民族乐团

任第一副团长兼珠海女子室内民族乐团艺术总监。

2001年筹建”芳华十八”时尚国乐组合，曾任”上海之春”、

“第十届台北国际民族器乐大赛”评委。现为广东省艺术研究所锦龙音乐

工作室、”芳华十八”时尚国乐团艺术总监，并拥有私人乐器收藏之最的”锦龙国乐馆。

1980年以来多次代表省市、国家和军队出访世界各地，先后在海内外数十个城市

举办个人音乐会，并策划指挥了多场民族交响音乐会。他还拥有个人收藏民族乐器之

最的”锦龙国乐馆”。九十年代起，他根据史料挖掘研制了改良的五弦琵琶，

使琵琶的音色、音域更加宽广，被称为当代五弦琵琶的代表人物.
